By booking or staying at our facility, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon full or partial payment.

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are clearly posted. Long-stay discounts apply only to uninterrupted stays.

2. Guest Identification

  • Only Filipino seafarers are allowed to stay. Valid ID and/or seaman’s book must be presented upon check-in.

3. Room Sharing & Capacity

  • Rooms are shared dorm-style and have a maximum occupancy limit. Overcrowding or unauthorized guests are not allowed.

4. Use of Facilities

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in all shared areas including bathrooms, hallways, and lounge.

  • Vandalism or intentional damage to property will incur charges.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN

  • Extensions beyond 12NN may incur additional charges.

6. Security & Liability

  • While we provide 24/7 security and CCTV, guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Lockers are provided.

  • Starboard Inn is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items unless proven due to gross negligence.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Smoking inside the premises, illegal drugs, alcohol abuse, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

  • Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violations.

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Starboard Inn reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Latest version will be posted on our website.
